Golden Lion Laser Tag – Booking & Service Policies
By booking with Golden Lion, the customer agrees to follow the policies outlined below.
1. Weather Policy
Golden Lion prioritizes safety and optimal game experience.
We cannot operate or set up under the following weather conditions (at the discretion of our team):
- Rain, thunder, or lightning
- Real feel temperatures below 40°F (4°C) or above 95°F (35°C)
- Winds exceeding 20 mph (32 km/h)
- Muddy, wet, slippery, or flooded fields
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your event free of charge up to 6 hours before your start time.
Important:
If we recommend cancellation due to a mixed forecast and the customer decides to continue, they forfeit the right to reschedule or request a refund for time lost due to weather.
We reserve the right to make the final call on cancellations due to unsafe weather.
2. Cancellations & Refund
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
- Any additional amount paid beyond the deposit is refundable only with at least 14 days’ notice.
- If you cancel, your full payment (including the deposit) may be used as credit toward a future booking within 12 months of the original date.
- Discounts or promotional offers are not carried over to rescheduled events.
3. Payment Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.
- If the event is within 14 days of booking, full payment is required.
- Final balances must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.
- Exceptions may be made for schools, businesses, or organizations with special payment needs.
Golden Lion reserves the right to charge additional fees depending on your event details.
Any applicable fees will be communicated before booking is confirmed.

4. Additional Policies
- Venue: Customers are responsible for securing a location suitable for laser tag. Golden Lion may adjust the setup based on the space available.
- Venue Approval: If an event is canceled due to lack of venue approval (e.g. by park officials), no refunds will be issued. A discount may be offered for rebooking.
- Waivers: All participants must sign a liability waiver before playing. Minors require a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Damage to Equipment: Customers are responsible for the cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment due to misuse or negligence. This includes repair, replacement, or professional cleaning costs beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Brokerage/Third-Party Services
For events outside our main service areas, Golden Lion may assist in connecting you with local providers.
- Golden Lion will handle communication and booking only with your prior approval.
- A non-refundable service fee will be charged as part of your deposit.
- Once connected, the local provider takes full responsibility for:
- Final billing & payments
- Running the event
- Equipment & staffing
- Any post-event issues or disputes
